Reiki is a Japanese technique defined as an energy-based approach to healing by guiding the universal life force through a passive conduit to a balanced state.

Crystals can be added to the reiki session to help assist in removing blockages (open stubborn chakra energy centers) or to support amplification of the energy in a specific area.

COMING SOON: A new modality, "lunar herbology", will be available in January 2026 and recommends specific herbs for balancing and maintenance according to the phases of the moon. Much like the waxing and waning of the moon, lunar herbs harness the moon's power and ability to help us heal as we constantly release and receive energies.
