Please contact Velvet Chakra Healing by phone or email a MINIMUM OF 24 HRS PRIOR to the scheduled appointment date and time to avoid cancellation fees. Rescheduling of an appointment will be allowed ONE TIME ONLY if notification is 24 hours or more of the original appointment date and time.

Failure to cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a charge of $35.00 to the credit card on file.

A "No Show" is considered failure to cancel and failure to show up for a scheduled appointment will result in a forfeit of the paid session. No refund will be provided for no shows.
